To preserve these jewels, avoid contact with water and cosmetics. Clean gently using a dedicated cloth or lukewarm water with mild soap - a brief soak, a soft brush, then rinse and dry. Avoid impacts or metal friction, and don't use strong chemicals. Sterling silver 925 naturally oxidizes over time from air exposure (a normal process) - to prevent early oxidation when not worn, store in a dry place, sealed bag, or box. A 10-18 karat gold vermeil plating option (2.5 micron) is available over the 925 silver base, at an additional cost depending on the item.
